We do not have a money-back guarantee or trial period policy. Once you purchased and downloaded the item you own it so we can’t provide a refund.
However, if for some reason the plugin is not working on your website then you may be eligible to request a refund.
Before applying for a refund make sure to contact us using the Adning Support Center.
We’ll try our best to find a solution to fix the problem and get you up and running as soon as possible.
In case we’re not able to fix your (Adning related) problem in a reasonable time we’ll provide a refund.
Before applying
- Make sure your purchase is not older than 30 days. We do not offer refunds for products purchased more than 30 days ago.
- Provide a link to the “Adning support center” ticket you created regarding the issue. If no support ticket has been created we will not provide a refund.
- Make sure you remove the plugin from your website. If the plugin is still active we will not provide a refund.
